This serie paintings is about the relationship i have had with my hair. How i felt about my hair was a reflection of how i felt about myself. This was not a healthy reflection of love.  Now years later i dare to say how much this reflection has changed. It turned into patience, compassion and love. Each painting shows a little story in the context of my hair: Different hairstyles / Moments of haircare / Moments of frustration / Moments of love / The image of beauty reflected in my hair. You can see it as a visual diary.
